EXPLORING THE BEACHES OF PANAMA

It will be a waste to invest in Panama simply because the Real Estate will go up and the cost of living is low.

Ecology and Personal Freedom are the real gifts that Panama has to offer.

We left our 'civilized' nations to live here because we were bogged down with countless arbitrary rules and regulations.  We had to constantly live with the fear of breaking one rule or another.  That fear minimized our personal freedom. Panama is well-known as a nation that respects personal freedom and privacy.  For that very reason, thousands of individuals from all over the world trust this small country to protect the assets that they worked so hard to accumulate.

We left our ‘developed’ economies to live here because there is always someone else’s hand in our pockets.  At home we have to pay more in annual property taxes for our own homes than a middle class Panamanian family spends to live well for an entire year.

We left our ‘abundant’ lifestyles to live here because our fresh meats and vegetables are full of hormones and genetically modified ingredients causing a lot of us to die from cancer and other degenerative diseases.  In Panama, many of the locals raise their own chickens and grow their own vegetables.  The Ecology allows them to control their own food supply.

Many of us have come here to build our new homes and start our new lives.  Let’s learn from our mistakes and do it right this time around.  If we network with integrity while aiming to support our communities, we will minimize the need for costly and inefficient government intervention.

We have the chance to network with the locals and solve many problems.  We can have food that nourishes, practitioners that heal, schools that educate and a community that knows how to love and respect the environment of our beautiful new home country.

During the past 50 years, our ‘civilized’ countries have gradually deteriorated to the point that many of us are seeking refuge elsewhere.  If we try to change Panama so we can feel at home, we’ll end up trading the ecology for cement like we’ve done back home.  As we move to Panama, we get a second chance to change ourselves and maintain the beauty that surrounds us.

Most Panamanians live happily with $250 per month while most North Americans would be miserable earning twice that amount in a week.  We should learn to live like the Panamanians while we teach them how to work like us.

We offer this Guide and the accompanying online networks to build a better future for our communities. In this mosaic of races, if we care and respect our neighbors regardless of their nationality, we could create miracles.

As the consciousness of our society is changing we should have faith in ourselves and believe that if we Get Involved, Participate and Volunteer we can all expect to enjoy many benefits.
