On the Pacific coast of Panama we found an extensive supply of human resources. We can classify them in three general categories.

There are many highly skilled Foreigners with a variety of talents and extensive experience. Although the foreigners have come here to relax or retire, most of them welcome the opportunity to offer their services to our communities. They realize that by doing this they would enhance the quality of their own lives while increasing their assets.

There are many highly Skilled Panamanians that have left their serene beach properties to drag themselves to the traffic jams, smog and noise of Panama City. Up until now, this was their only option because the opportunities on the beach did not exist yet.

Last, but not least, on the areas surrounding the beaches we found a nearly unlimited supply of Unskilled Laborers - both men and women - that live in poverty and would welcome the opportunity to work for as low as $6 per day.

Let’s examine this equation:

Hundreds of educated, experienced, well-connected, multinational investors/mentors without the pressing need for short-term profits

A middle management class of Panamanians that cost 50% to 75% less than their North American and Europeans counterparts

The Networks

We must use innovative thought and cutting edge technologies to facilitate the transition of our communities into the New Age. We should bypass the mistakes that were made by the ‘developed’ nations, otherwise, our communities will soon become as expensive and congested as the communities of Southern Florida and Costa Rica.

We have gone through Agricultural and Industrial revolutions that set the pace for the Information Age. We have come to discover that in the new era, the only way to extend our lease on this planet is to work in harmony while respecting our fellow human beings and the environment.

Our options are virtually unlimited, but we supply the following list as a sample of the projects that we find necessary for the upcoming “Gold Rush.” The investors in those projects will not only secure a great return on their investment, but they will also help their communities to grow into the New Age of Enlightenment.

The list of new businesses that are needed on the beaches is very long. We provide a list of ideas that occurred to us while residing in one of the beach communities. We believe that the investors in any one of those projects will secure a great return on their investment and they will also help their communities grow into the New Age of Enlightenment.

We offer this network panel as a Free service to the community.
